  1. This is what Mexico needs at the moment. Instead of spending the remittances on direct consumption the beneficiaries must find ways to make use of the dollars that they receive from their family members and friends living away from them. Mexico is one of the leading countries in terms of population living abroad and topographically it is ideally located. The investors would certainly find it investment friendly and jobs could be created in the coming years to help the people. A wonderful step that was long delayed.
